"Men's Nike® Savaleos: When you're stepping up to serious weight, the Men's Nike Savaleos cross-training shoe gives you the stable, locked-down foundation you need to lift with confidence. Built for weightlifting, CrossFit, bootcamp, and intense gym sessions, the Savaleos is designed around one core idea: keep you grounded so you can push harder. The wide, flat sole creates a stable base underfoot, and the hook-and-loop strap cinches the fit down so your foot isn't going anywhere when the weight gets heavy. The rigid construction transfers power efficiently through explosive movements, so the energy you put in actually goes where it needs to go. An elevated heel positions your foot for better stability during lifts, and it adds enough versatility to keep the shoe useful for workouts that mix lifting with other gym movements. If you need a cross-training shoe that holds its ground under load, the Savaleos is worth a serious look. Sizing runs up half a size, so consider sizing down for the best fit.Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a heavy squat session and immediately noticed how solid the base feels - there's no give, no wobble, just a flat, stable platform. The strap makes a real difference too. Once it's locked down, the shoe stays put no matter how much you're moving around under the bar."" - Dave, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you lift heavy, train in CrossFit, or spend time in bootcamp-style classes where stability under load matters, the Savaleos is built around your needs. It's a strong choice for weightlifters and cross-training athletes who want a firm, flat base and a secure fit that doesn't shift during squats, deadlifts, or other compound movements. The elevated heel adds flexibility for mixed gym workouts, making it a practical option if your training isn't limited to just one type of movement.
