"Women's On® Cloudboom Max: The Women's On Cloudboom Max is a neutral running shoe built for distance runners who want max cushioning without giving up a fast, efficient ride. If you're training for a marathon or pushing through long runs and want a shoe that stays comfortable deep into the miles, this is the one. A 4 mm heel-to-toe drop and a lightweight 8.8-ounce build keep the ride feeling quick, while the max-cushion setup absorbs the kind of mileage that wears other shoes down. The midsole uses a double layer of Helion™ HF foam for energy return and shock absorption over long distances - so the shoe still feels responsive when your legs are starting to feel the effort. The glass fiber-infused Speedboard® stiffens the platform and promotes snappy transitions, helping you move through each stride with less wasted effort. CloudTec® pods underfoot soften impact at landing and help propel you forward. The lightweight mesh upper wraps the foot securely and keeps airflow moving, even after hours on the road. Why Our Fit Experts Love This Shoe""I put these on for a long run and honestly forgot I was wearing a max-cushion shoe - they feel lighter than you'd expect. The Speedboard® keeps the stride from feeling sluggish, which is usually my issue with heavily cushioned shoes. If you're going long and want something that still moves, these are worth trying."" - Sabrina, Road Runner Sports Fit Expert, San Diego, CAWho It's Best ForIf you're a neutral runner logging serious miles - marathon training, long weekend runs, or any distance where cushioning starts to matter - the Cloudboom Max is worth a close look. It's built for runners who want a max-cushion ride that doesn't feel heavy or slow, and who need a shoe that holds up well past mile 20. At 8.8 ounces with a 4 mm drop, it suits runners who prefer a lower-drop feel without sacrificing underfoot protection.
