"Amphipod® R3 Explore™ Convertible Pack: The Amphipod® R3 Explore™ Convertible Pack is a unisex convertible waist pack and crossbody bag built for runners and active commuters who need organized, lightweight carry without sacrificing comfort. The 1.1L storage volume holds large phones, nutrition, keys, cash, and ID, keeping essentials accessible whether you're mid-run or heading out after. What sets this pack apart is its ability to transition from a bounce-free waist pack to a crossbody carry in seconds - practical for running, walking, travel, or a casual night out.The R3 Stretch-Fit™ strap technology keeps the pack stable against your body, which means less shifting during movement and faster pace changes. A breathable 3D air mesh back panel reduces heat buildup at contact points, so the pack stays comfortable across longer efforts. The fully lined, moisture-resistant nylon construction protects your gear from sweat and light moisture. Inside, a large internal pocket with a key fob and divided phone section keeps organization consistent without digging around mid-run. The sleek seatbelt webbing strap with an easy-clasp low-profile buckle adjusts to fit waist sizes from 21"" to 50"", making it a genuinely versatile option across a wide range of body types. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I took the R3 Explore™ Convertible Pack on a long run followed by a coffee stop, and it transitioned from waist pack to crossbody in seconds.
