"Amphipod® R3 Go-About™ Convertible: The Amphipod® R3 Go-About™ Convertible is a lightweight running waist pack that converts to a crossbody bag, built for runners and active commuters who want organized, hands-free carry during training runs and everyday errands. With 1.8L of storage capacity, it accommodates large phones along with keys, cards, and other essentials. The Stretch-Fit™ design moves with your body rather than against it, keeping the pack stable without shifting during faster efforts, while the breathable 3D mesh back panel lets heat and moisture escape during warmer runs. What sets the R3 Go-About™ Convertible apart is its convertible carry system - a slender custom buckle and adjustable seat-belt webbing strap let you switch from waist pack to crossbody in seconds, so you can transition seamlessly from a morning run to the rest of your day. Two main zipper pockets with an internal organizing divider keep your gear sorted and accessible, and the moisture-resistant construction handles sweat and light weather without compromise. The adjustable strap accommodates a range of body sizes, and the low-profile buckle design stays comfortable against your body. If you want one bag that handles both running and everyday carry without needing to switch, the R3 Go-About™ Convertible delivers the versatility that actually gets used. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I grabbed the R3 Go-About™ Convertible for a weekend long run and then wore it crossbody the rest of the morning.
