"Amphipod® R3 Express™ Convertible Pack: The Amphipod® R3 Express™ Convertible Pack is a unisex running bag that shifts between a bounce-free waist pack and a crossbody bag, giving you flexible carry options for training runs, travel, and everyday errands. With 1.1L of storage volume, it holds your phone, keys, and earbuds without adding bulk, and the ultralightweight construction means you won't feel weighed down during longer efforts or all-day wear. The breathable 3D mesh back panel keeps airflow moving against your body, so the pack stays comfortable during warmer runs or higher-intensity workouts. Moisture-resistant materials protect your essentials from sweat and light exposure, while an internal divider organizes your storage and a built-in fob routes earbuds cleanly to prevent tangling. The slender custom buckle sits low and secure, so the pack stays flat against your back with no shifting mid-run, whether you're using it as a waist pack or switching to crossbody mode for post-run errands. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I grabbed the R3 Express™ Convertible Pack for a long run where I needed to carry my phone, keys, and earbuds.
