Check-Mate Magazine for M1A/M14 Features The Check-Mate Industries Magazine for the M1A and M14 platform is machined from the highest quality American milled steel and through-hardened for durability under repeated hard use. Its Parkerized finish provides mil-spec corrosion resistance protecting the magazine body against rust even in humid or wet field conditions. An anti-tilt follower design keeps cartridges properly aligned as they feed reducing the chance of a malfunction during competition or tactical use. High-performance government-specification springs are built to hold up over thousands of cycles without losing tension. A welded magazine body adds rigidity and long-term durability compared to lighter aftermarket alternatives while a removable floorplate simplifies field cleaning and maintenance. Holding 20 rounds of .308 Win this magazine gives M1A and M14 owners the standard-capacity option most shooters rely on for range use and competition. Check-Mate manufactures this magazine in the USA reflecting the same quality standard the US military has relied on for its M1A magazines. Shooters looking for a dependable mil-spec replacement or spare magazine will find this Check-Mate option a solid no-compromise choice.
