Checkmate 1911 Compact Magazine Features The Check-Mate 1911 Compact Magazine is built to feed compact 1911 pistols chambered in .45 ACP holding 7 rounds in a steel body designed for reliable feeding under recoil. Its stainless steel finish resists corrosion from sweat and holster wear making it a good match for daily carry or duty use. Steel construction stands up to repeated loading and unloading better than lighter alternatives holding its feed lips true over years of use. This durability makes it a practical choice for shooters who carry or train frequently with their compact 1911. Made in the USA this magazine reflects Check-Mate s long history of manufacturing magazines for the 1911 platform. Keeping a spare magazine on hand reduces the risk of being caught without a reliable reload during training or carry. The stainless finish also complements stainless and two-tone compact 1911 pistols for a matching appearance. For 1911 compact owners who want a dependable American-made magazine in .45 ACP this Check-Mate magazine is a solid choice.
