Product Description
NSN, circa 19th century from the Tetuna region, .62 caliber, 39 3/4" round steel barrel secured with five decorative silver barrel bands. Barrel is a dark brown patina with gold thread pattern design that is also noted on the lock plate, hammer and trigger guard. Musket has been converted to percussion (Bu-Habba) Stock is in overall very good condition with minimal handling wear noted. The exaggerated butt-stock is inlaid with fine silver filigree; this can also be found on the left side of the gun as well. Ivory butt plate remains in very good. Action holds at half and full cock.
