Scarce Perry Sporting Rifle. .50 Caliber with a 26 1/2" barrel. This is a nice sharp gun with about 50% of the original brown finish remaining with the remainder turned to a smooth brown patina. Wood is very good overall. There is a very well-done repair at the toe of the butt plate. Rear sight on the barrel is a later replacement. Very neat .50 caliber Perry Sporting rifle! (AL4227)
