NSN .577 caliber 39" round barrel British pattern 1853 Enfield rifled musket with faux confederate markings noted on the lock plate and butt plate. Metal is a dark grey patina with surface oxidation noted. Rear sight has been replaced, wood has been heavily varnished with dings and scratches noted. Ramrod is incorrect. Action functions correctly, nipple is a modern replacement. (AL5399)
