The scope and mount are non-matching: scope is marked AK&S - No. 28798 / 1946, and the scope mount bears an electric pencil-engraved serial number 39828. Despite the mismatched numbers, the optic remains sharp and clear, retaining full functionality. The stock is in excellent condition, showing only minimal signs of handling or wear. Action is smooth and functions correctly, consistent with the high-quality conversions carried out by Enfield armorers during the L42A1 program.
