The Temple Fork Outfitters Pilot Fly Rod & Reel Outfit gives anglers a ready-to-fish setup for everything from casting dries and nymphs to trout and bluegill to throwing larger flies for bass, stripers, steelhead, and salmon. The 9-foot 5-weight offers a versatile choice for trout streams, farm ponds, and warmwater fishing, while the 9-foot 8-weight brings the extra power needed for larger fish and heavier presentations. A moderate action loads easily for smooth, efficient casting, helping anglers develop consistent timing without sacrificing control. The reconstituted cork handle provides a comfortable grip, while the four-piece construction packs down for travel and easy storage. Each outfit pairs the rod with a cast aluminum reel and a quality fly line setup, giving anglers a complete combination for getting on the water with minimal setup. 9 ft. 5-wt. for trout, bluegill, bass, and pond fishing 9 ft. 8-wt. for bass, stripers, steelhead, and salmon Moderate action for smooth, efficient casting Reconstituted cork handle Four-piece, travel-ready construction Cast aluminum reel with quality fly line setup Rod and reel carrier included Manufacturer's lifetime warranty
