Grip and ground feel come together in the Vibram FiveFingers Groundsplay LS barefoot cross-training shoe, where micro-traction lugs sit on a very thin sole. The extremely flexible toes support natural movement and balance. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"Halfway through a circuit, I move from a heavy lift straight into fast footwork without changing shoes. The tread holds the floor on each push-off, and the thin sole keeps my footing steady as the movements change."
