Zink Wicked Series Features The Zink Wicked Series Turkey Box Call is built from a combination of poplar and extremely dense blood wood a pairing chosen specifically to produce clear resonant turkey sounds across a wide volume range. The box call s traditional design allows hunters to control pitch and volume with subtle changes in pressure and stroke making it effective for everything from soft clucks to aggressive locating calls. Because the call is double sided it offers two different tonal profiles from a single call giving hunters the ability to create the illusion of more than one hen in the area. This versatility makes the Wicked Series a strong choice whether a hunter is trying to strike a gobbler at first light or close the distance on a hung-up bird later in the morning. Construction quality matters most in a box call and the dense blood wood lid paired with the poplar body is chosen to deliver consistent repeatable tone call after call. Hunters who rely on realism to fool wary call-shy birds will appreciate the natural rasp and clarity this wood combination produces compared to synthetic alternatives. The call s traditional friction design requires no batteries or moving electronic parts making it a reliable backup even in wet conditions.
