The Zink Signature Series Snake Tongue Mouth Call is built around a three-reed design that forms the foundation of its raspy full-range sound. The unique snake tongue cut in the top latex reed is what sets this call apart meticulously shaped to produce a distinct texture in the call s raspiness that standard cuts cannot replicate. Beneath that top reed sit two lower prophylactic layers working together to give the call both depth and clarity across a range of turkey vocalizations. This layered construction is what allows the call to move between aggressive raspy calling and softer more subtle sounds. As part of the Zink Signature Series this call reflects the brand s reputation for producing turkey calls built by hunters for hunters. The Grey finish gives it a clean recognizable look among a crowded field of mouth calls. Being a mouth call rather than a friction or box call it frees up the hunter s hands for gun or bow readiness while still producing authentic turkey sounds. For turkey hunters building out their calling arsenal the Snake Tongue offers a genuinely versatile option worth having in the vest.
