Umarex Glock 17 Gen4 Features The Umarex Glock 17 Gen4 airsoft replica reproduces the real firearm s blowback action using green gas power cycling a metal slide that moves and locks back just like the centerfire original. This gives shooters the same recoil impulse and manual of arms they would experience on a live-fire Glock 17 making it a useful training aid as well as a recreational shooter. The drop-free 20 round magazine mimics the handling characteristics of the real pistol s magazine release and reload process reinforcing muscle memory for anyone training with the replica. An enhanced grip texture improves purchase on the frame during rapid cycles of fire helping maintain control through extended shooting sessions. Fixed front and rear sights provide a simple dependable sight picture for target work matching the no-frills utility of the design it replicates. Firing 6mm airsoft BBs at a rated 290 feet per second with a 0.20 gram BB the pistol stays within field-safe velocity limits for airsoft games and backyard target practice alike. The finish and fit closely mirror the original Glock 17 Gen4 though the fitment for duty holsters specifically level 2 and level 3 designs does not transfer due to design differences. For training and recreational shooters who want a realistic dependable airsoft companion to the Glock 17 platform the Umarex Glock 17 Gen4 is available for sale at GrabAGun.
