Sierra Tipped GameKing Features The Sierra Tipped GameKing bullet is an evolution of Sierra s long-proven GameKing design adding a polymer tip to the familiar boat tail jacketed lead construction. That polymer tip initiates expansion more consistently than a traditional soft point which gives the hunter reliable terminal performance across a range of impact velocities. The boat tail base reduces drag in flight helping the 131 grain .257 inch bullet hold a flatter trajectory and retain energy at extended ranges. Sierra s reputation for match grade consistency carries over into this hunting bullet so lot to lot uniformity stays tight for the handloader chasing repeatable accuracy. Each box contains 500 bullets giving dedicated reloaders enough projectiles to work through load development and still have plenty left for the field. The jacketed lead core construction is built to expand reliably on big game while holding together for adequate penetration. Loaded into a .25 caliber cartridge this bullet suits hunters who want flat-shooting performance without sacrificing the controlled expansion needed for clean ethical kills. For the handloader building ammunition for an upcoming big game season the Sierra Tipped GameKing is available for sale at GrabAGun in bulk 500-count boxes.
