Otis Less Lethal Cleaning Kit Features The Otis Less Lethal Cleaning Kit is built around Otis s signature Memory-Flex cables which allow a true breech-to-muzzle clean on both 12 gauge shotguns and 37mm or 40mm less lethal launchers. The 30 inch aircraft grade cables resist kinking and hold their shape which makes it easier to push patches and brushes straight through the bore without binding. Bronze bore brushes sized specifically for 12 gauge are stem-marked for quick identification while an oversize brush handles the larger 37mm and 40mm launcher bores. Rounding out the bore care 100 percent cotton four inch patches lift out fouling without leaving behind lint or residue. Beyond bore cleaning the kit includes a multi-purpose tool that functions as a T-handle with four bits a 5/32 inch flat head a T20 hex and both a Phillips #0 and Phillips #2 covering most of the fasteners found on launchers and shotguns alike. A 0.5 fl oz bottle of Shooter s Choice FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP is included to clean lubricate and protect metal surfaces after the bore work is done. An instruction manual walks through the full breech-to-muzzle process so armorers and operators can maintain consistent results. All components are packed into a compact 10 inch by 4 inch by 2 inch soft case keeping this kit organized and ready for range or field use.
