Otis 30 Caliber Rifle Cleaning Kit Features The Otis Technology .30 Caliber Rifle Cleaning Kit is built around precision machined brass components designed not to damage the bore or rifling of a .30 caliber rifle during cleaning. Four brass rod sections thread together using male and female 8-32 threaded ends giving shooters a sectional rod that stores compactly but assembles into a full-length cleaning rod when needed. A swivel handle on the rod allows the brush or mop to rotate freely as it travels through the bore following the rifling rather than scraping against it. This kit is built to service a wide range of .30 caliber rifles including .30-06 .30-30 .303 .308 300 Win Mag .32 caliber 7.62mm and 8mm chamberings. Included bore maintenance tools cover the full cleaning process from a .30 caliber bronze phosphor bore brush for breaking up fouling to a cotton bore mop and brass pierce point jag for applying solvent and running patches through the bore. Twenty 2.5 inch by 2.5 inch cleaning patches are included to keep shooters stocked for multiple cleaning sessions. A nylon all-purpose brush handles exterior cleaning of the action and other components while a half ounce bottle of FP-10 Lubricant Elite CLP keeps moving parts properly lubricated after cleaning. Precision machined and proudly made in the USA this kit equips .30 caliber rifle owners with everything needed for thorough bore maintenance in one package.
