Manticore Arms Nightbrake Compensator Features The Manticore Arms Nightbrake compensator is machined specifically for the 26x1.5 left hand thread pattern found on most Yugoslavian M92 and M85 Krinkov rifles and the PAP series of pistols. Eighteen angled ports spread across the upper 270 degrees of the device redirect propellant gas to help stabilize the muzzle during rapid fire. This porting pattern is engineered to reduce both recoil and muzzle jump helping shooters stay on target between shots. Measuring 2.125 long the compensator adds minimal length while delivering a noticeable improvement in control. Machined from 8620 steel and finished in black the Nightbrake is built to handle the heat and pressure of sustained firing without degrading. It will safely clear projectiles up to .311 in diameter covering the typical bullet diameters used in 7.62x39 and similar Krinkov chamberings. Being made in the USA the Nightbrake reflects Manticore Arms commitment to domestic manufacturing and quality control. Krinkov and PAP pistol owners looking to tame recoil and muzzle rise on their short barreled platforms will find the Nightbrake a direct fit purpose built solution.
