LEM Products Collapsible Gambrel with Rope Hoist Features The LEM Products Collapsible Gambrel with Rope Hoist uses a pulley system to reduce the effective lifting weight of game allowing a single hunter to hoist an animal that would otherwise require two or more people. The 22 inch gambrel attaches to the hind legs positioning the carcass to enhance draining and cooling both of which help preserve meat quality after the harvest. An automatic self-locking device holds the load at the desired height once hoisted freeing the user s hands to continue processing without having to hold a rope under tension. This combination of mechanical advantage and a locking mechanism makes solo game recovery far more manageable in the field. The polypropylene rope used in the system is rot resistant and engineered to remain twist and tangle free so it feeds cleanly through the pulley even after repeated use in wet or muddy conditions. Because the entire gambrel and hoist system collapses down it packs easily into a hunting bag or truck without taking up significant space. This compact lightweight design makes it practical to bring along on every hunt rather than leaving it behind due to bulk. For hunters who process game solo the LEM Products Collapsible Gambrel with Rope Hoist offers a dependable space saving solution for hanging and handling animals up to 500 pounds.
