In slicer mode meat up to 1-1/4 inches thick passes through to produce 14 jerky strips at 1/4 inch wide each delivering oven or dehydrator ready strips in seconds rather than minutes of hand cutting. Swapping the slicer shaft for the included tenderizer shaft converts the same housing into a tenderizing tool capable of working through the toughest cuts. The chute measures 1-1/4 x 4-1/2 x 8 inches sized to handle a steady feed of meat without jamming. Body construction is durable powder-painted aluminum built to hold up to repeated use without the attachment itself wearing out.
