LEM Products Big Bite 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer/Tenderizer Features The LEM Products Big Bite 2-in-1 Jerky Slicer and Tenderizer attachment slices meat up to 1-1/4 inch thick into uniform strips measuring 1/4 inch wide producing 14 ready-to-dry jerky strips in seconds using the power of an existing grinder. This dramatically speeds up jerky preparation compared to hand slicing while also producing more consistent strip thickness for even drying in an oven or dehydrator. A quick top-off design allows the slicer shaft to be swapped for the included tenderizer shaft without tools converting the same chute into a meat tenderizer capable of handling the toughest cuts. The durable powder painted aluminum body stands up to repeated use while remaining easy to disassemble for cleanup after each session. Because this attachment includes both a slicer shaft and a tenderizer shaft in one package it offers two distinct functions at a combined discount compared to purchasing each shaft separately. The attachment s chute measures 1-1/4 by 4-1/2 by 8 inches sized to handle typical cuts of meat used for jerky production or tenderizing. This attachment is compatible with LEM Big Bite Stainless Steel Grinders model numbers 777 779 780 781 and 782 as well as older LEM grinders numbered 535 536 538 538A and 540 though the grinder motor itself must be purchased separately. For home meat processors who already own a compatible LEM grinder this attachment adds significant versatility for jerky making and meat tenderizing without a major additional investment.
