Kimber CDS9 Boot Campaign Features The Kimber CDS9 Boot Campaign is chambered in 9mm Luger and built around a 3.18 inch stainless steel match grade barrel that delivers the accuracy Kimber pistols are known for in a compact carry-friendly package. The ambidextrous manual safety gives shooters of either hand confidence in a positive on-safe condition while the flat-face trigger offers a crisp consistent break that helps place shots precisely under pressure. An overall length of 6.2 inches and a height of 5 inches keep the pistol compact enough for daily concealed carry without sacrificing the 15-round magazine capacity that modern compact carry guns are expected to deliver. At 1.34 pounds unloaded the CDS9 stays light on the belt through a full day of wear. The aluminum frame is finished in KimPro Silver and includes an integrated beavertail for a higher more secure grip along with a Picatinny rail for mounting a weapon light or laser. This combination of features reflects Kimber s approach to building a pistol that performs equally well on the range and in a real-world carry role. The CDS9 Boot Campaign carries the name of an organization dedicated to honoring and restoring the lives of American veterans and military families giving the pistol a purpose beyond the range. For shooters looking for a compact 9mm with match grade accuracy a rail-equipped frame and a cause worth supporting the Kimber CDS9 Boot Campaign is ready for everyday carry.
