HSM/Hunting Shack Classics Features The HSM/Hunting Shack Classics .50 AE is loaded with a 300 grain jacketed soft point bullet a bullet style chosen for controlled expansion and reliable penetration in a big-bore cartridge built around stopping power. At roughly 1340 feet per second the load delivers the kind of consistent velocity that keeps point of impact predictable from shot to shot which matters for shooters running the same load through practice and defensive scenarios alike. HSM builds the Classics line specifically for the guns people use on a regular basis across a wide variety of shooting activities rather than tailoring it to a single niche application. That everyday-use philosophy is reflected in the straightforward no-frills construction of each round in this box. Every case in the box is reloadable brass fitted with a boxer primer giving handloaders the ability to recover spent brass and rework it into fresh ammunition rather than discarding it after a single trip to the range. The boxer primer setup is the standard choice among reloaders since it is simple to deprime and reprime with common reloading equipment. HSM packages the Classics line to deliver solid dependable performance at a reasonable price point which is exactly the value proposition the brand is built around. For shooters feeding a .50 AE semi-automatic pistol on a regular basis this box offers a dependable reloadable option worth stocking up on.
