FightLite Industries MCR Mission Configurable Rifle Complete Upper Features The FightLite MCR accepts both standard AR15/M16 magazines and M27 linked ammunition letting the operator configure the system for magazine-fed or belt-fed operation depending on the mission. Short-stroke gas piston operation keeps the action running reliably even under adverse conditions where direct impingement systems can struggle. The 12.5 inch barrel uses a quick-change system that swaps in roughly three seconds without tools a major advantage for sustaining fire or switching barrel profiles in the field. Once installed the patented MCR upper can be reconfigured by the user in seconds without tools to adapt to a given mission profile. Finished in Black with a Type III anodized finish the upper mounts to any Mil-Spec AR lower without permanent modification so existing lower receivers can be upgraded directly. A MIL-STD 1913 co-planar handguard with a full rail interface system gives shooters room to mount optics lights and other modern accessories around the barrel. This listing includes 100 M27 links supplying the hardware needed to run the belt-fed capability right out of the box. Built for responsible armed citizens law enforcement and professional security personnel the FightLite MCR brings genuine belt-fed capability to a familiar AR platform.
