Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW Strap Features The Blue Force Gear Tourniquet NOW Strap is built around a molded plastic base paired with heavy duty elastic retention loops that hold a tourniquet securely without adding bulk to a loadout. Mounting requires only three vertical MOLLE fields making this holder compatible with plate carriers belts packs and other MOLLE-equipped gear already in a kit. The elastic loop design accommodates a range of NATO-style tourniquets including the SOF-T and CAT as well as similarly sized medical items like flex cuffs giving users flexibility in what they carry. Quick reliable access to a tourniquet can make the difference in a traumatic injury and this low-profile holder is designed specifically around that need. The compact footprint measuring just 4.75 by 1 inches keeps the holder unobtrusive while still securing the tourniquet firmly in place during movement. This strap can also be mounted alongside a Trauma Kit NOW or an Admin Pouch letting users build out a complete medical loadout. For anyone who carries a tourniquet for duty training or everyday preparedness this Black holder is a dependable purpose-built mounting solution.
