The Tektro A11 is a post mount to post mount adapter that moves your caliper outward by 20mm, so a mount designed for a 160mm rotor takes a 180mm, and a 180mm mount takes a 203mm. Worth doing for two reasons. A larger rotor gives more leverage, so the same brake stops harder for the same effort at the lever. And a larger rotor has more material to absorb heat, which is what keeps a brake from fading on a long, steep descent or when you're carrying weight.
