The Daniel Defense MK12 Special Purpose Rifle (SPR) is the modern evolution of precision semi-automatic rifles, purpose-built for accuracy, durability, and tactical performance. Designed around an 18-inch Stainless Steel Cold Hammer Forged barrel with a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) finish, this rifle delivers exceptional accuracy and extended barrel life under demanding conditions. The chamber is aligned with absolute precision during the forging process, ensuring reliable performance shot after shot. Engineered with a rifle-length gas system and the MK12 low-profile gas block built to Crane (Naval Surface Warfare Division) specifications for USSOCOM, the MK12 runs smoother and cleaner, reducing felt recoil and improving long-range consistency. The 12-inch free-floating quad rail maximizes stability and offers extensive space for optics, lasers, bipods, and mission-essential accessories, giving shooters a true precision platform. Equipped with the Geissele SSA 2-Stage Trigger, this rifle gives marksmen the advantage of crisp, repeatable trigger pulls for accurate, deliberate fire. The independently ambidextrous GRIP-N-RIP charging handle accommodates left- and right-handed shooters, while the Daniel Defense Improved Flash Suppressor reduces muzzle flash and preserves target visibility. Ergonomic furniture, including the Daniel Defense buttstock and pistol grip, provides stability and comfort during extended shooting sessions. The MK12 isn't just a rifle-it's a mission-ready precision instrument trusted by serious shooters who demand the very best.
