"HydraPak® SkyFlask Speed 500 ml: The SkyFlask Speed 500 ml is a handheld hydration flask built for runners who need reliable on-the-go hydration during trail runs, race day, and training efforts. The flexible body compresses as you drink, which means water movement inside the flask decreases and the empty flask tucks easily into a vest or shorts pocket. At 500 ml, it carries enough fluid for shorter efforts without adding unnecessary bulk to your kit. The SpeedFill cap flips open for fast refills and snaps closed for a leak-proof seal, so topping off at an aid station takes seconds rather than slowing your pace. The adjustable, sweatproof hand strap fits a wide range of hand sizes and keeps the flask secure without shifting mid-run. A padded neoprene thumb loop lets you carry the flask in either hand without gripping or squeezing, reducing hand fatigue on longer efforts. The 42 mm opening accepts ice and drink mixes without funneling, and the ambidextrous design means you can switch hands whenever you need to. The hand strap is removable for cleaning, and both the flask and cap are dishwasher safe, making maintenance simple. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I grabbed the SkyFlask Speed 500 ml for a long trail run where I knew aid stations would be spaced out.
