"HydraPak® SkyFlask Speed IT 500 ml: The SkyFlask Speed IT is an insulated handheld hydration flask built for runners who need cold water on training runs and hot-weather efforts. At 500 ml, it sits in the practical 11-20oz range that suits most mid-distance training without adding unnecessary bulk. The IsoBound insulation uses double-wall construction with cell foam technology to slow heat transfer from your hand to the liquid, keeping drinks colder up to 38% longer than standard single-wall bottles. The compressible design shrinks as you drink, which reduces water movement and lets the empty flask fold flat and stow in a pocket. The adjustable strap is sweatproof and features a Velcro®-style strip that stays locked in place during movement, so you won't need constant readjustment on sweaty runs. An innovative thumb loop with soft neoprene padding lets you hold the flask securely in either hand without gripping or squeezing, which means less hand fatigue over longer efforts. The SpeedFill cap flips open for quick refills at aid stations and snaps closed for a leak-proof seal on the move. The flask and cap are dishwasher safe, and the hand strap removes for separate washing, making maintenance straightforward after any run.Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I grabbed the SkyFlask Speed IT on a long run in the middle of summer and my drink was noticeably cooler at mile eight than I expected.
