Ruffs Precision Rail Cap Features The Ruffs Precision Rail Cap is designed as a simple cap replacement that mounts to any existing RPM product built around a 35mm tube including the full CLR series of rings and every Bravo and Delta cantilever mount in the lineup. Because it swaps directly onto the host mount using the original cap screws no new hardware or gunsmithing is required to install it. This diving board style accessory rail gives the shooter a forward mounting point positioned above the primary magnified optic ideal for adding a rail-mounted laser rangefinder or a secondary red dot sight for fast close-range target transitions. Machined from aluminum and finished in Flat Dark Earth the Rail Cap measures 5 long and 3.1 wide in a high profile configuration keeping accessories positioned for a clear unobstructed view through the primary optic. At just 0.11 lbs it adds negligible weight to an already-mounted optic setup. Ruffs Precision Manufacturing designs its products to be compact and lightweight while remaining compatible with as many optic and accessory combinations as possible and the Rail Cap reflects that same design philosophy. This accessory gives RPM mount owners an easy path to add a secondary aiming device available for sale at GrabAGun.
