Riven Menace Rough Cut Features The Riven Menace Rough Cut is built from snake wood a dense attractive material that gives the call a durable body able to withstand repeated use in the field. Its external reed design uses a maple reed to produce realistic elk vocalizations from soft cow calls to aggressive bull sounds used during the rut. The black and brown finish gives the call a distinctive look while the Rough Cut styling keeps the exterior grippy and easy to handle with gloved hands. This combination of natural materials and careful tuning makes the Menace a serious tool for calling in elk at close range. Hunters targeting elk during archery or rifle season benefit from the precise control this external reed call offers over pitch and volume. The snake wood body adds a level of craftsmanship and durability beyond typical synthetic mouth calls making it a call that can be relied on season after season. Its compact size makes it easy to carry and quickly bring into position when a bull responds.
