Rearden R2 Features The Rearden R2 Flash Hider combines effective muzzle flash reduction with compatibility for the Atlas AtlasXL and Plan B mounting systems letting shooters quickly attach a compatible suppressor without changing muzzle devices first. A .375 inch bore size accommodates a range of common calibers while keeping the flash hider s internal geometry effective at redirecting muzzle blast. The 1/2x28 thread pitch is a widely used standard giving the R2 broad compatibility across many AR-platform rifles and pistols chambered in smaller calibers. This combination of flash suppression and suppressor-ready mounting makes the R2 a versatile choice for shooters who move between suppressed and unsuppressed configurations. A heat treated finish is applied to the R2 for improved durability helping the device withstand the thermal stress of repeated firing without degrading over time. The gold finish gives the flash hider a distinctive look compared to the black finishes found on most muzzle devices letting shooters add a visual accent to their build. Rearden s Atlas and Plan B mounting ecosystem is designed around quick-attach repeatable suppressor mounting and the R2 serves as the unsuppressed muzzle device within that system. Shooters already invested in the Atlas or Plan B ecosystem will find the R2 a natural fit for rounding out their muzzle device lineup.
