Rearden FHD Features The Rearden FHD Flash Hider is designed to reduce visible flash signature at the muzzle while doubling as the mounting point for Rearden s Atlas Atlas XL and Plan B suppressor systems. A 5/8x24 thread pitch and .375 bore size make it suited to larger caliber rifles where flash and recoil management both matter. Because it integrates directly with Rearden s quick-detach mounting ecosystem shooters can transition quickly between an unsuppressed flash hider configuration and a suppressed setup without removing the muzzle device itself. This dual-purpose design simplifies a modular rifle build considerably. The PVD finish applied to the FHD provides a hard durable coating that resists the heat and wear associated with repeated firing and suppressor mounting cycles. Its gunmetal coloring matches other Rearden components giving a rifle build a consistent finished appearance from muzzle to mount. For shooters who already run Rearden-compatible suppressors or mounts the FHD is a natural fit that extends that same mounting standard to a flash hider configuration. This flash hider is a practical choice for anyone who wants flash suppression and suppressor-ready mounting in a single component.
