Heritage Firearms Coachwhip Features The Heritage Firearms Coachwhip pairs 18.5 black chrome side by side barrels with a 3 chamber in 20 Gauge giving shooters the flexibility to run a wide range of factory loads from light target rounds to heavier field loads. Double triggers let the shooter select which barrel fires with a deliberate pull staying true to the classic coach gun design this shotgun is modeled after. Exposed hammers must be manually cocked before firing adding a tactile old-world step to every shot that connects the shooter to the gun s heritage roots. A bead front sight keeps the sighting picture simple and fast for close range snap shooting on upland birds or clays. The color case hardened alloy steel receiver is a true standout feature with each gun s frame uniquely colored during the hardening process so no two Coachwhips look exactly alike. A fixed Turkish walnut stock and checkered forend provide a secure comfortable grip during extended range sessions or a long day afield. The tang safety adds a layer of modern reliability without taking away from the gun s vintage feel and at 6.72 lbs the Coachwhip carries easily for hours of upland hunting. Whether used for safeguarding the homestead or enjoying a day at the range the Heritage Coachwhip captures the rugged beauty and timeless spirit of a bygone era in a dependable affordable package.
