Faxon Firearms Sledgehammer Charging Handle Features The Faxon Firearms Sledgehammer charging handle is built fully ambidextrous for the AR-15 platform allowing the shooter to charge the rifle from either side without changing grip or losing sight picture. The interchangeable latch design lets users configure the handle for their specific duty or training needs whether that means a larger latch for gloved hands or a lower-profile option for optics clearance. This flexibility preserves the fast fluid charging motion AR-15 shooters expect while adding a level of customization a stock handle does not offer. The black finish matches standard AR-15 hardware for a clean factory-like appearance. Like all Faxon products the Sledgehammer charging handle is backed by a lifetime guarantee giving shooters confidence in its long-term durability under repeated use. Built for direct installation on AR-15 pattern rifles it is a straightforward upgrade for shooters looking to improve ergonomics without altering the rest of their build. The ambidextrous design is particularly useful for shooters who train from both shoulders or who want a handle ready for left-handed use.
