Faxon Firearms FX-19 Patriot-X Gen 2 Features The Faxon Firearms FX-19 Patriot-X Gen 2 is built around a flame fluted match barrel finished in black DLC over stainless steel a coating chosen for its hardness and corrosion resistance under heavy use. The optic ready serrated slide is cut to accept an RMR or SRO standard red dot sight giving shooters a direct path to a dot equipped compact 9mm without a separate adapter plate. Suppressor height night sights allow a clear sight picture both with and without an optic mounted co-witnessing through the window of most red dots. Chambered in 9mm Luger the pistol s 4 barrel and 15+1 capacity balance a compact footprint with practical magazine capacity for daily carry or range use. A polymer frame with an integrated Picatinny rail allows a weapon light or laser to be mounted directly to the dust cover without aftermarket adapters. Black textured grip panels improve purchase on the frame helping shooters maintain control during rapid strings of fire. The pistol accepts Glock style magazines giving owners a wide pool of aftermarket and factory magazines to choose from for training or carry. An Overwatch Precision trigger rounds out the package providing a crisper more consistent trigger press than many factory strikers offer. At roughly 20.5 oz unloaded the Faxon FX-19 Patriot-X Gen 2 is built for shooters who want match grade components in a compact optic ready 9mm pistol.
