CCI Ammunition Suppressor Max Features The CCI Suppressor Max is loaded specifically for use with rimfire suppressors delivering a muzzle velocity of 970 feet per second that keeps the round subsonic for reduced noise. Despite the lower velocity the 45 grain segmenting hollow point bullet is engineered to segment reliably on impact a trait that sets it apart from conventional ammunition that often fails to expand properly at reduced speeds. This design gives shooters dependable terminal performance even when running their firearm suppressed. The load is also tuned to cycle reliably in semi automatic rimfire platforms avoiding the function issues some subsonic loads create in self loading actions. Each round generates approximately 94 foot pounds of muzzle energy offering enough performance for small game hunting and pest control while remaining whisper quiet through a suppressor. The Suppressor Max is safe to shoot through any suppressor not just those rated specifically for subsonic ammunition giving shooters flexibility across their suppressor lineup. Packaged 100 rounds per box this load gives suppressed .22 LR shooters a dedicated option built around performance rather than a generic subsonic repackaging. For anyone running a rimfire suppressor and wanting dependable accuracy and expansion the CCI Suppressor Max is purpose built for the job.
