Area 419 Stackable Funnel Drop Tube Features The Area 419 Stackable Drop Tube is built to extend the reach of a powder funnel when filling cases with extruded powders that are harder to meter than ball or flake powders. Its relatively small internal bore combined with the longer drop lets kernels settle and fill the case more completely reducing the risk of a bridged or incomplete charge. Each tube measures 3 inches long and is machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum for durability at the bench. A Type II anodized black finish protects the tube from the wear and tear of repeated reloading sessions. Multiple drop tubes can be attached together to form any multiple of 3 inches giving reloaders the flexibility to dial in exactly the drop length a particular cartridge needs. Caliber-specific heads attach to the end of the tube letting one system adapt to a range of cartridges without buying separate full-length funnels. This modularity makes the Area 419 system a cost-effective way to improve charge consistency across a varied reloading bench.
