Alien Gear Alien Gear Features The Alien Gear Level 2 Duty Holster is molded to fit the Glock 19 19X 45 22 and 17 equipped with a large weapon light such as the Surefire X300 or Streamlight TLR-1 giving light-bearing pistols a secure purpose-built home. Its distinctive low-profile shape sets it apart from bulkier duty holsters in the same category while still providing the retention features expected in professional carry gear. Level 2 retention combines the holster s inherent passive retention with an active thumb swipe mechanism requiring a deliberate motion to release the pistol. This dual-layer security makes unauthorized removal significantly more difficult while keeping the draw stroke fast and natural for a trained user. Built from a proprietary polymer blend the holster is designed to withstand the demands of duty use remaining rigid and reliable through repeated draws and holstering cycles. This retention profile and material combination has made the Alien Gear Level 2 a favored choice among law enforcement military and professional security personnel as well as competitive shooters and civilians seeking a similar level of security. Finished in black and configured for right-hand carry the holster suits OWB duty belts and tactical rigs alike. For shooters carrying a light-bearing Glock who need a proven Level 2 retention holster the Alien Gear Level 2 Duty Holster is available for sale at GrabAGun.
