Alien Gear Level 2 Duty Holster Features The Alien Gear Level 2 Duty Holster combines passive retention built into the shape and tension of the holster itself with an active thumb swipe mechanism that must be deliberately disengaged before the pistol can be drawn. That dual retention design is specifically intended to resist a weapon retention attempt making the holster a favored choice among law enforcement and military users who may face a struggle over their firearm. Because the thumb swipe is operated with a natural drawing motion the added security does not meaningfully slow down a trained user s draw stroke. The holster s distinctive profile is a deliberate design choice that sets it apart from other Level 2 holsters on the market. Constructed from a proprietary polymer blend the holster resists the wear scuffing and flexing that a duty holster endures over years of daily carry. Built for OWB carry it rides on the belt in a position that balances accessibility with concealment under an outer garment. This right-hand holster is cut specifically to fit the Glock 19 19X 23 44 and 45 so the pistol seats securely with consistent retention across the whole model family. The Alien Gear Level 2 Duty Holster is a rugged dual-retention option for sale at GrabAGun for duty competition and civilian carry alike.
