The Icelantic Maiden 102 updates its mount point and shapes a more symmetrical platform, bringing fore-and-aft balance that makes the ski easier to control whether landing switch or driving through a straight-ahead line. Fly-Cap construction trims swing weight without giving up the stability that comes from eight carbon stringers running tip to tail. A Poplar wood core and Free Rocker Profile keep the flex playful and the float surfy, so the ski pivots easily in tight spots without feeling washed out at speed. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I spent the morning hitting lips in the park and landed switch more than once without the ski catching an edge, then skied the same pair into untracked trees that afternoon and never once wished I'd brought a different setup. It's the first ski I haven't had to swap out partway through the day."
