Ultradyne UD3 Chassis Features The Ultradyne USA UD3 Chassis replaces the traditional buffer-tube buttstock interface with a rear Picatinny mounting system allowing the buttstock to detach quickly for compact storage or transport. This design preserves repeatable return-to-zero performance despite the quick-detach capability a critical feature for precision shooters. Machined from 6061 T6 aluminum the chassis is built to handle the stresses of repeated field use without flexing or warping. Its AICS magazine interface accepts widely available aftermarket magazines for reliable feeding. The chassis accepts either a mil-spec A2 grip or Ultradyne s own adjustable grip system letting shooters customize trigger-finger distance to their individual preference.
