Ultradyne UD3 Picatinny Fixed Chassis Combo for Savage Short Action Features The Ultradyne USA UD3 Picatinny Fixed Chassis Combo delivers the core ergonomics and modularity of the UD platform in a fixed configuration built specifically to accept Savage short action barreled actions for a precise repeatable drop-in fit. The Picatinny rail interface up top provides a stable consistent mounting surface for optics while the chassis body itself is engineered for rigidity to support long-range accuracy. Finished in Armor Black Cerakote the aluminum construction resists wear and corrosion far better than a painted or anodized finish alone. This fixed chassis design favors durability and simplicity over a folding mechanism appealing to shooters who prioritize a solid no-compromise platform. Included in the combo are a matching butt stock and grip saving the shooter from having to source and fit separate components to complete the build. The stock offers adjustable length-of-pull and cheek rise letting shooters achieve consistent cheek weld and eye alignment behind a magnified optic shot after shot. Different forend length options are available across the UD product line for shooters with different build purposes in mind from bench rest to field use. Built for right-hand shooters running a Savage short action the UD3 combo is a strong foundation for a precision rifle build.
