Traditions Ram-T Rod Features The Traditions Ram-T Rod uses a telescopic design that extends from 22.5 inches closed to a full 26 inches providing an additional 3.5 inches of reach exactly when loading or cleaning calls for it. A simple quarter turn unlocks the rod for extension and locking it back into place takes the same quick motion keeping the process fast even in the field. A t-handle flips out from the rod body for a more comfortable secure grip during loading then folds flush again when the rod is retracted. This improved design allows for a lighter overall rod while still giving shooters the ability to make a quicker follow up shot when it matters. Constructed from anodized aluminum the Ram-T Rod keeps weight to a minimum without sacrificing the rigidity needed for reliable loading pressure. A brass loading tip threaded 10/32 is included and built for use with 45 or 50 caliber muzzleloaders. This rod is purpose fit for the NitroBolt NitroFire and Pursuit models and shooters should always confirm compatibility against their current ramrod before purchase. For muzzleloader hunters and shooters who want a lighter faster loading rod the Traditions Ram-T Rod is a thoughtful well engineered upgrade.
