Spyderco Manbug Features The Spyderco Manbug was created as a slightly broader more substantial version of the classic Ladybug giving users a bit more blade presence while keeping the same keychain-friendly size. Its full-flat-ground VG-10 stainless steel blade is shaped in Spyderco s iconic leaf profile drawing its graceful curves from the shape of a bamboo leaf. VG-10 is a premium stainless steel known for a strong balance of edge retention and ease of sharpening giving the Manbug real cutting performance despite its small stature. A stonewashed finish on the 1.90 inch blade protects against corrosion while giving the knife a worn-in low-glare appearance from day one. A black textured FRN handle keeps the knife lightweight at just 0.70 ounces making it easy to forget on a keyring or in a pocket until it s needed. The full-flat grind centers the blade s point precisely balancing cutting geometry with the fine point utility needed for detail work. A lockback mechanism secures the blade open during use providing confidence during cutting tasks despite the knife s diminutive size. Closing to just 2.50 inches the Spyderco Manbug is built to go anywhere offering dependable everyday cutting capability in one of the smallest packages Spyderco makes.
