Spyderco Byrd Harrier 2 Lightweight Features The Spyderco Byrd Harrier 2 Lightweight is a practical everyday-carry cutting tool in the perfect in-between size tracing its history back to the very first Byrd model. Its 3Cr13MoV stainless steel blade is full-flat ground for optimal edge geometry giving the knife strong cutting performance for everyday tasks. A textured index-finger choil and thumb ramp improve control and grip during detailed cutting work. The part serrated edge adds versatility letting the blade handle both fine cutting tasks and tougher materials like rope or cardboard. Injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon handles with a non-slip texture make this version of the Harrier 2 over 20 percent lighter than its G-10-handled counterpart a meaningful difference for all-day carry. Nested skeletonized stainless steel liners provide structural strength for the knife s sturdy back lock mechanism while keeping overall weight down. A four-position pocket clip offers all possible carry orientations letting users customize how the knife rides in the pocket. At 2.7 ounces and 4.32 inches closed the Spyderco Byrd Harrier 2 Lightweight is a dependable lightweight everyday carry option.
