Shield Sights Dovetail Mount Features The Shield Sights Dovetail Mount replaces the factory rear sight dovetail on a CZ Shadow 1 giving the pistol a Shield footprint compatible mounting surface without any slide milling. Because it drops directly into the existing dovetail slot installation keeps the original slide finish and geometry intact. The polymer build keeps the added weight to a minimum so the pistol s balance and slide cycling stay close to stock. This direct fit approach is a straightforward way to add a mini red dot sight to a Shadow 1 already in service. Shield s own Shield footprint lineup including the SMS and SMSc mounts directly to this low profile base so the finished setup stays compact rather than towering over the slide. The Black finish matches factory CZ Shadow 1 slides for a clean factory-look installation. Because the mount is purpose-built for the Shadow 1 dovetail fitment is precise without aftermarket gunsmithing. For a CZ Shadow 1 owner wanting to add a red dot the simple way this dovetail mount is the dedicated solution.
