RS Regulate AKOT Features The RS Regulate AKOT Mount is machined from sturdy 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in a tough matte black hardcoat anodized coating giving it the strength and corrosion resistance to hold zero through long high-volume range sessions. It is designed to accept the Trijicon Compact ACOG red dot sight including the TA33 TA44 and TA50 models giving AK owners access to the same rugged reflex optic trusted on AR-15 platforms. Because AK rifles vary between factories and production runs the mount allows adjustment of both front-to-back position and over-bore height ensuring the optic can be dialed in for correct eye relief and a comfortable head position. This adjustability solves a common fitment problem when mounting optics on Kalashnikov-pattern rifles. The AKOT mount is designed to mate with any of RS Regulate s AK-300 series lower optic mounts which attach to the rifle s side rail without requiring the replacement of factory components. Once properly installed on the lower mount there is no movement between the parts keeping the ACOG correctly sighted in even after extended use. Quick-detach mounting hardware allows the optic to be removed and reinstalled while returning to zero. This system gives AK-47 AK-74 and AKM owners a reliable path to mounting a premium optic without permanently modifying their rifle.
